Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after successful receipt of full or advance payment, as applicable.
Any modifications to an order can only be requested before production, customization, or dispatch has commenced.
Made-to-Order & Customized Products
Many Voltage Kudi outfits are made-to-order or customized according to your measurements and preferences.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and order details. Voltage Kudi cannot be held responsible for fitting issues arising from incorrect information submitted by the customer.
Product Representation
We make every effort to accurately display our products.
However, slight variations in color, print placement, fabric texture, embroidery, embellishments, and finishing may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, handcrafted techniques, and natural fabric characteristics.
These variations are not considered defects.
Detachable & Multifunctional Garments
Certain garments may include detachable sleeves, jackets, belts, drapes, layers, or other styling components.
Please handle zippers, hooks, buttons, snaps, and detachable elements with care. Styling instructions may be provided where necessary.

The applicable price for your purchase will be the price confirmed at the time your order is placed.
Dispatch & Delivery
Dispatch timelines vary depending on product availability and whether the garment is ready-to-ship, made-to-order, or customized.
Estimated dispatch timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.
Voltage Kudi is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping
We currently ship across India.
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be communicated before order confirmation.
Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be modified.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production, customization, or dispatch has begun.
Garment Care
Please follow the care instructions provided with your outfit.
Dry cleaning is recommended for garments featuring embellishments, structured silhouettes, embroidery, or detachable elements.
Damage resulting from improper washing, ironing, storage, or handling is not covered under our policy.
Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, website content, and creative concepts displayed by Voltage Kudi are the exclusive intellectual property of the brand.
No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Voltage Kudi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delays, courier issues, incorrect customer information, misuse of products, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
